Preparations

Almost there

3 more days until I depart.. It’s getting close now. I’ve been doing my final preparations. Packing my bag, applying for some visas, buying some more socks to take with me. I hope I got everything.

Everything fits!

I will be travelling carry-on only, with a backpack and a smaller daypack. This saves me a lot of luggage costs when taking flights. It’s hard to fit everything in a smaller bag, but with some puzzling and leaving some things out, I managed. Whew! Now there’s a few days left of more parties aaand stressing that I don’t forget anything important.

Still excited to go!

What I packed

Usually around-the-world backpackers pack very minimal and light, however I wouldn’t consider my bag at 9kg minimal. I will probably leave some unneeded things behind on the road.
